Confusing to someone accustomed to a clean, organized structured interview process. Disjointed at times, some nice people and some different ones, no consistency in message about the role or responsibilities.

The interview process was generally easy. I got a call randomly from a member of the human resources department. The questions were generally designed to determine if I would make a good fit with their corporate culture. Also asked about excel experience. I was asked to go to a formal interview at the Steel Building. In the formal interview we went through my resume and asked a few other personality questions.
