The interview with UPMC started with a phone screen followed by Teams interview, concluding with an onsite interview and a site tour. The team that I interviewed with was very nice and did a great job at making me feel comfortable with the process and was very open and casual on a few of the topics. A few questions turned into group discussions which was very pleasant.
