I submitted an online application, and about 2 weeks later was contacted to schedule interview. Interview lasted about 30 minutes with two interviewers who asked standard questions about my work history, academic history, as well some hypothetical job related behavioral questions. I was called by HR about 4 or 5 weeks following the interview and offered the job; I was told that the wage is "the best we can do right now" and non-negotiable.
