Recruiter call, hiring manager interview, and finally a panel interview. All was well until the panel interview in which I had to "speak" with three individuals from completely unrelated departments. None of them could really articulate what their roles (and even more surprisingly, what their departments) really did. None of them paid much attention at all to the interview and were visibly focused on other tasks. Other than that, interview was super easy and primarily behavioral based.

Applied online through UPMC career portal. Had an initial phone interview with the IT manager, then a teams interview with the manager and a couple team members, followed by an in person meet the team interview.
