It was a direct face to face interview set up by the recruiter- they hold only direct interviews not multiple rounds is what I was told. The interview was conducted with the hiring manager and two HR representatives. The hiring manager asked the questions

They asked questions related to my work experience and how to apply to their supply chain- specifically how to obtain supply chain cost advantages - as I had applied for a supply chain position.
