1. The process started when I applied via LinkedIn 2. I filled a very long Google form with very specific questions. It did not feel like I was filling an applicant form and rather providing solutions to the company's actual problems! 3. Then I was scheduled for something like a mock interview with the recruiter. 4. Then afterwards I had an interview with one of the mgt team 5. Last step was a face to face interview for which I had to travel and I had to pay from my own pocket for that trip! 6. Then I got a rejection without any explanation or useful insights about what happened.
