The interview doesn't evaluate interviewee competency, they just want to hire cheap PR or Singaporean. Ask your past salary to evaluate your competency is lame. Interviewer is not expert in the role, and asking me question like my daily routine

Super easy interview. You just have to be a chinese speaker, as the boss and whole team is chinese, even the project is chinese. Alternatively best if can come to work immediately. Able to accept OT.
