I was excited about the opportunity to interview with UOVO, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, the manager who interviewed me seemed disinterested and gave off a negative attitude, including unfriendly facial expressions that made the environment feel uncomfortable. It affected my ability to perform well, and I left the interview feeling discouraged. I understand not every interview will be a perfect match, but a basic level of professionalism and respect goes a long way. I hope the company takes steps to create a more welcoming experience for future candidates.
