I got contacted after a week I submitted my application. I had an initial phone call with a recruiter, which is followed by an interview with a supervisor. The process was quick and efficient.

Interviewed by a panel of supervisors, social worker case managers, nurse case managers and a Case management assistant. They were very respectful and kind. They asked questions using set protocol and gave me a copy of the questions to review.
