It’s not like talking to a person face-to-face I really don’t understand interview process at all. I need to talking to someone face-to-face or talking to someone over the phone this interview process I don’t understand.

They asked me to describe the interview and it’s hard to describe an interview when you’re not talking to a person you’re talking to a machine. How do you describe that?
