I applied through the company's website to the position. I was contacted a day later and received a request for an interview. I'm not sure what their recruiting team overlooked on my resume/experience/background because I was asked if I had skills/experience/qualifications that I never listed on my resume. After spending years of doing full-cycle recruiting myself, I saw this as a red flag. Do the recruiter wait to read the resume further down the process?
