Entretien
The first interview is cake, it really consists of just walking a hr generalist through your resume and answering a few situational (STAR type) questions - this portion is on the phone. The second interview was all situational questions and then an opportunity to ask questions about the company.

First a phone screening, to see if position is a good fit and discuss salary then 2 more interviews. They ask STAR questions, be prepared with an answer in the STAR Format, Situation, Task, Action, Result

Had a phone interview with a recruiter. Was told I’d hear back within two days from someone in the department for a second interview. Waited a week and emailed the recruiter twice asking about any update and never heard back. It’s been almost a month now with no communication. At least send out a canned email saying I didn’t get the job.

One phone interview and one in person interview. Mostly questions about resume and then 4-5 situation questions on how you would reach to a situation. Simple questions like describe a time when this happened and how did you resolve it.
