Screening of CVs followed by Written test. After this there was a panel interview and after a week the results were shared. The written test was focused towards checking the technical capacity of the person and knowledge about the development issues prevalent in the country.
Pass throught the final round, but the vacancy got cancelled. Spent 4 months throughout the process.
Resume > technical questions > panel interviews > the vacancy was cancelled
I think it’s about their internal budget. Good experience for me but also very time consuming

Challenges faced at work and how did I navigate it
After an online written test, I was invited to an online panel interview. The test was not difficult at all but the interview included some technical questions which would require good knowledge of the area.

What does it make you an excellent candidate for this job?
Great interview. It started later than the time indicated, but an email was sent to notify me of the delay. The panel was prepared and asked mostly technical questions related to the role. It was an online interview and each panelists asked 1 question.
