Written test and interview after selection , the process is long. the written test was about technical aspects and the interview more on in work skills asking clear real examples of my previous jobs. the panel was composed of several members and they seemed not prepared to the interview they were reading written questions.

Panel interview, lots of standard questions. Took a long time to get to interview stage. Panelists did not seem particularly engaged as they weren't directly involved in the role being recruited for. Interview took place online, with people in different locations.

The interview consisted of 5 questions in total. It was panel interview via telephone. Each member of the panel asked a question and most of the questions were behavioural-based questions. None of them covered the country specific context although an interveiwee could include these in their response.

Tell us about a time that you had to solve a problem within a team to ensure a common objective was fulfilled. What was the situation? How did you contribute to solving the problem and what was the end result?
