I was promptly greeted by the hiring manager. She introduced herself and escorted me to her office. It's policy for both of the supervisors to interview in pairs. I sat down with both managers and they explained the interview process to me. Then we began, the interview felt more like a meet and greet conversation. I was also given scenarios and asked to give an example of when I was in a similar situation and how I handled it.
