Application followed by phone interview, corporate phone interview then face to face. Was asked about customer experience and previous experiences in my previous employment. Follow up interview was with phone call from corporate office.

Entretien
First was a phone interview, the recruiter was 20 minutes late, I thought ok, things happen and we moved ahead to the in person interview for the next week. When I arrived at the branch, nobody knew I was coming. The person interviewing me was on PTO and i had to wait an additional 45 minutes for her to get there. After that I never heard from them again, complete silence.

Entretien
The initial interview was a phone screening type interview. Once that was complete, an interview was set up at the local branch where the manager interviewed along with a panel via telephone. The panel consisted of HR management along with the district/regional manager.
