After submitting my resume/application to an ad I read on a specialized web site I received a call from the hiring manager who outlined this new position in great detail. She also answered my questions. We spoke on the phone and exchanged email a few times all in discussion of the position and my skills related to it. An interview was arranged.

It was very good. Most of the question from payment domain & EMV. In addition to that they were also focus on analytical & communication skills. 1st round will be from India and 2nd round will be taken from headquarters
