Too many interviews. They ask you about your experience but also want to get to know you. I did 5 to 6 interviews, too many if you ask me. You know very well if you want the role after.

I applied online via their website. Received a reply within 2 weeks and was scheduled for a telephone interview with HR and Commercial manager. After the success of phone screening, I received a formal invite for face to face with about 5 people within the team and also with HR person. I attended the interview but never got the chance to meet the rest of the team who were also meant to ask me questions because the manager didn't book the room so we got kicked out of the room half way through and had no where else to finish. It was so rushed that they apologised and said they would reschedule. I never heard back from them. I emailed but no one responded back to even say they were no longer pursuing by application further.
