Initial scheduled call was set for 15 minutes and the recruiter was 5 minutes late without any email update (could've taken 30 seconds). Recruiter was coming off flustered, made a few comments about technical difficulties so they seemed unready and kept saying my name wrong. Recruiter didn't seem interested in chatting with me on a personal level and only asked three questions—which for an HR Company was not compelling. They seemed eager to get me off the call.
