Internal screening person was long time employee (only job since college) not from the hiring department. She reviewed my resume and called. She asked questions that didn't seem applicable or relevant to the position posted. She unprofessionally ended the call without reviewing the relevant background. Seemed weird because Kronos is a very good company and the people and products are typically very good. The screening person had been there for a very long time yet didn't seem very good at the role. Maybe they should have the hiring department do the screening. I wonder how many experienced candidates they lose in this type of first round process. The person who called also didn't do a very good job of making the company sound welcoming of new hires vs promoting insiders.

First round was not intense, interviewer asked basic questions about what makes me stand out as a sales candidate and what traits I have in other fields that can carry over to sales

Terrible process. Initial interview they were keen then when I met with the hiring manager he was disinterested. I am still waiting for an outcome from the interview :)

Fair and balanced while following all necessary question formats. Virtual option and in person option for whichever is suitable for your current location. Not much else to say due to typical format.
