The interview process lasted for over two months. Response times after the interviews varied between a couple of days and up to three weeks. The interviews started with a short telephone interview from HR, followed by a personal interview with the hiring manager. Afterwards there were multiple interviews with managers in higher positions. In total there were 5 interviews. Additionally I had to take a Predictive Index® online survey to see if my personality fits to the job (and company). All interviewing persons were very friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed to not get any useful feedback at the end why I did not get the job. After five interview rounds I would have expected a little bit more than a very short and general rejection letter.
