The interview process was very smooth. It involved a phone screen, two interviews with BDR managers and a simulated phone call. After the simulated phone call the communication was good and swift.

Process was good, only few days between interviews, questions were relevant and experience based.

I had a total of 3 conversations with the UKG team. 1 with the recruiter, 1 with the hiring manager, then a panel interview with 6 people including the hiring manager. The panel interview was pretty easy. The questions were pretty standard sale’s questions. I heard back within 4 business days after the interview.
