I went through 3 rounds of interviews after speaking with the recruiter. The interviews were done over video and each person conducting the interview was very courteous, transparent and had taken the time to get to know my experience form my resume but used the interview time to get to know me better as a person.

There was an easy standard phone screen which lasted about 30 minutes. The next interview was a 45 minute video call with the hiring manager which took place on a Thursday. I was told I would hear back by the middle of the following week to let me know if I would be moving on to the next round which seemed reasonable. After over a week with no response, I checked back in and was told the hiring manager was still making a decision. At this point it has been over a month with no response, which I believe is incredibly unprofessional after someone has taken time and effort to interview- I would have much preferred a denial email to being ghosted. I was excited about the opportunity but ultimately this soured my impression of this company which claims to put people first.
