Endless disappointment... I wasn't going to leave a review, but I am honestly beyond disappointed with this company's interview processes. I think I've interviewed for this company 4 times in the past 3 years. When I first found this company, it was still Kronos and I became highly interested to join this company bc of its raving reviews about the company culture, the software, the people.. but wow, after my horrid experience, I give up lol. The first 2 times I interviewed with this company (back in 2019 and 2020), I got to the last or last fews rounds, but apparently didn't make it. 'Apparently' bc I never got a call or email back, but I did get 1 reject email a few weeks later for 1 of the 2 interviews. i dont remember which one). The other time, I reached out to a recruiter via LinkedIn, was told they were going to call me at so and so date at so and so time, but that never came. Reached back out to that recruiter, only to be told to reach out to another recruiter to another... of which in the end, did not respond. So dead end there. And finally, recently, I applied again after having given up when I saw a good opportunity in 2022. Recruiter reached out to me, set a time and date for initial screening for the following week... only for the very next day, I get an email saying the position has been filled and the interview is canceled and also got an automated rejection email. Jeez... Maybe this company and I are just not fated to be. Either way, awful.
