I initially met with a campus recruiter for a 10 minute face-to-face. After I applied online, I spoke with the recruiter over the phone for a 30 minute phone screening. I was then set up with an interview with my current manager. The interview was pretty standard, questions about background, experience, behavioral questions, and some general technical questions.
