      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez UKG (Noida) en sept. 2019

      Entretien

      It was worst/Pathetic experience with Kronos interview process. initially they said it will be a one day process there will be only two rounds. but when i cleared both the rounds, they said you can leave for the day and there will be an another round with business unit head. they i followed up they said business head is not available, so its getting delayed. then after 7 days again i took follow up they said we have more positive feedback from first two rounds. so we will setup next round. then again it took 7-8 days, and on taking follow up they finally setup next round. they ask to read the interviewer profile on linked in and that's just a waste of time. so totally it took 20+ days and finally when they took last round business unit head declined to select. before the final round the HR called me and again asked those question about salary and expectation, experience etc. and said they cant give expected salary. i don't know if they were unable to pay the expected salary then why they wasted time. and i fell they decided to decline me before the last round due to salary expectation but they took the round for just formality and to find or create a reason to decline.

      Questions d'entretien [2]

      Question 1

      first round (manager round )- they ask for your work, your team strength, technology on which you work. why you want to change. they says they received 4000+ alerts in a day and those needs to be looked upon. try to see your reaction (it looks the product is not stable) 2nd round (Senior manager round)- same like above. check your language, reaction, behavior etc. 3rd round - BU head - this guy will ask all and everything in details even beyond your current job profile. ask more about management question like (what are the KPI's, how will you show performance of your team to management - he don't get satisfy if you will tell him in detail, he has answer set in his mind and expect that only). where you will see to yourself in 3-5 years. here again he expect what he has in his mind what ever you will see he will do cross question. he basically looking for a guy with all expertise but don't want to give the handsome salary.
