I applied through a referral. I received a response within a few days for an interview with the recruiter. It took her 2 weeks to get back to me to schedule a phone interview. She started off the interview telling me they’ve already chosen someone else for the position and to reach back out to her in a week or two as they are adding additional positions. I reached back out to her a week later, as there was a new job posting added for this position. It took 3 emails and over a week for a response. We set up time for a phone interview a few days later. Total interview was 10 minutes long. She was very disengaged. She said I would hear back within a few days regarding next steps. I hadn’t heard back in a week so I reached out and she advised they had decided to go with another candidate. I asked for any feedback but no response. Very unorganized process, very disengaged recruiter.
