During a Recruitment fair. I waited in line until I was able to talk to the recruiter. I met her and I answered questions that she asked. She would give me hints ocassionally.

Initially sent in application - heard back from talent acquisition and then they would give you a short interview. From there, 3 rounds with different managers within the field you're applying for - heard back a couple weeks after Overall, was a very comfortable process, everyone was very nice
