Very very disorganized. The HR set up the interview two weeks after the first email and the day of the interview, I had taken the day off, I just sent her an email to follow up because she had sent me absolutely no communication at all. I emailed her in general and 10 minutes before the interview she sends me an email saying the she has to postpone. She postponed by 3 days. On that day when she called she said "I'll be honest, this job is taken". Crazy and extremely unprofessional.
