After I applied online, within 24 hours I was contacted by a Kronos recruiter to set up a phone interview. I exchanged a few friendly emails and set the date for the following Monday. She called about 10 minutes late and asked me 3 general questions: tell me about yourself, why Kronos, and why this position. I then asked her why I should choose Kronos, what skills they are looking to fulfill in this position and what the next step was. She was extremely polite but not friendly, which I felt made the conversation awkward.
