The entire process from applying online through end of the 4th round took a month. A week passed after my 4th round, I decided to email the HR contact person to ask for any status or feedback. Another week passed, I still didn't hear back. I find this to be very unprofessional of them. Given that I had gone through 4 round of interviews, I imagine that I am one of the shortlisted. At least, I would be appreciated if an email to inform me of the status. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HR.

unsophisticated, "fit" used as code word to exclude qualified and overly qualified candidates that are a threat to existing management because they have not been cloistered in the same company for decades-human resources allows it. lots of hype of being # this and # that on national rankings but when the moment of truth came and the company could have comported itself with class, it didn't. it is not about being offered a job, it is how the communication is handled.
