I had a phone screen with a recruiter who submitted my resume to the hiring manager. The hiring manager called me and I was offered a position within 45 minutes.

Three level interview process with different managers. Came through the rising stars program which is more entry level consultancy. Tested about 40 candidates on one date and selected a few to interview after testing to go through level interview process.

It was a very good and informative interview. The interviewers's questions were very thorough regarding the technical knowledge required for the job, and they were very clear on the job role and other details.
