I was referred by a friend (there is a referral program) and contacted the HR manager which then set up an interview During the interview we talked about my career goals and the skills that I had. After the main interview I had a second interview a few days later with the technical support team leads. This interview was solely about the skills for the job: linux skills, setting up an email client, server configuration, and basic DNS questions. They also provided a written test.
