Typical civil service interview and I was able to answer all the questions using Situation Task Action Result method which was very helpful in structuring the answers to the interview questions.

The process was straight forward. It was with a panel of 3 people who were very friendly and welcoming. There were 6 questions asked, one on my experience, strengths and why I have applied for the role. 3 on scenarios, 1 on equality and diversity and 1 on learning and development in the role. For an interview for an entry level role, I found the scenario questions needed quite a lot of prior knowledge.
