Similar to other small web companies, the first call was a short conversation with the hiring manager. Then a 4 or 5 hour "virtual onsite" via zoom sessions with multiple engineers and managers. That included technical questions, pair programming and conversations about topics like agile development since they are big on it. Included a conversation with VP of engineering for some big picture questions.

The interview was conducted on July 2020 for software engineer position. I had 2.5 work experience as a backend engineer. I was contacted by the vice president via linkedin, and I aced all the problems in the interviews. Finally they do decline me because my problem solving skills are good but we are looking for someone with longer coding experience. Waste of time... They estimate coding abilities based only based on time...
