The interview process was quite lengthy, but provided some great information about UFS and I met a very friendly bunch of people. I interviewed four different times over 6+ hours, including the phone screen that lasted nearly an hour. I thought everything went well, my experience lined up perfectly with what they were looking for, was told my salary requirements were perfect, but still got rejected in the end. UFS has a lot to offer their employees and I was excited for the company as a whole. Unfortunately I could not get any feedback from HR as to the rejection. Feedback would have been great, considering the amount of time I spent interviewing. Jobs were still posted 6 months after I actually interviewed. Found out through a recruiting agency that UFS is highly selective and often rejects those that are interviewed, even if you make it to the final interview.
