I had three interviews over the course of a month. All were positive experiences. I traveled to three different properties owned by UDR . Met with three different maintenance managers, all were impressed by my experience and knowledge.

Easy and straightforward process. Got back to me within that week. Allison was very helpful and communicating with me during it and answered questions I had. Great first impression of the company from her. Hope to stay here for awhile.

I was asked questions directed to the position I applied for, wasn’t to long and I felt like the interviewer really tried to get to know who I am as a person which made me more relax during the interview.
