I had only one interview and it went well. Things tend to drag on at UCLA and the whole process took a 2 full months from the time I had initial contact. I was misled about what the position entailed and was told I would be able to contribute feedback to helping the department I worked for. Once I started work, it was all just an assembly line mentality of hurry up and get things done vs being able to solve problems.
