the process took 2 weeks based on only one face to face interview. It was quite easy and I got it based on a very unique fit. I had a non-traditional profile but had a unique vision and explained how UCLA fit into that.
2 interviews- behavioral questions, and normal interview questions like tell me about yourself - also had to complete an assignment in between 1st and 2nd interview. The 2nd interview asked questions about the assignment
Several months of "Your application has been sent to the hiring manager for further consideration" without an interview. Unsure of the next steps after application was sent to hiring manager.
Interviewed by 3 individuals. They seemed really stiff and just wanted to get the interview over with. I feel the culture is not too homey, not the perfect fit for my goals and values.
