The interview process is incredibly quick. A new grad position at UCLA is highly sought after, therefore consider yourself competing against many!
They asked for me to bring the following to the interview:
Portfolio, Updated Resume, Updated Cover Letter, Letters of Recommendation, Official or Unofficial Transcripts and BLS Card.
I was scheduled for 20 minutes and they keep to it due to the amount of candidates they have to get through. If you landed an interview, REHEARSE before hand! They only give interviews to people who they want. They WILL kick you out at the 20 minute mark whether its going well or not so really put your best foot forward and come prepared!
The reception staff is incredibly courteous and the managers are professional. Just be ready to be in the hot seat!

Got interviewed with a panel of 3, and it was a 30 minute process. Very engaging. It was straight forward nothing complicated and started off with telling them a bit about myself.

Zoom interview with a panel of senior leadership nurses from the unit. They give you an opportunity to introduce yourself, ask you questions, allow you to ask them questions, and give an overview of what the program entails.

All behavioral and getting-to-know-me questions. Nothing tricky. 2 interviewers through Zoom with 30-minute slot time. I smiled the entire time (whether they did or not) and I wasn't too serious.
