The interview process at [Company Name] was structured and clear. It started with an online application, followed by a phone screening with HR. The next step was a technical interview with potential team members, which included practical problem-solving tasks related to the job. This was followed by a final interview with the department manager, which was more culture-fit focused. The whole process took approximately four weeks from start to finish, with clear communication at each stage.

How do you prioritize your work when you have multiple projects with the same deadline? Describe a time when you had to learn a new technology to complete a project. How did you approach it?
Needs to write SOP, and give writing sample. This process is like most other Econ department hiring for the phd graduate student. Apart from these you do have to give GRE as well.

Entretien
A recruitment day filled with current student and faculty interviews. There was both a panel interview with faculty members as well as one on one interviews with faculty members of my choosing.
