Applied online and recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone screen. Her subordinate called me over phone to ask a few "do you have experience with..." kind of questions. She had no knowledge of what the hiring timeline is or what the team looks like. A few minutes later the main recruiter reached out to schedule a virtual meeting with hiring team and that's where things got interesting. No one from the hiring tea, showed up to the 30-minute meeting and the recruiter happened to be on leave that day. I sent her 2 follow up emails later and she never responded.
