Lots of rounds of interviews, had to do exercises. Wants you not to have any political beliefs and only care about forwarding the issues they care about. gave cult vibes.

Entretien
Lengthy, 3+ weeks in between. Two rounds of virtual, with last round in person. The pay does in no way reflect the interview process. PIRG offered less than 18$ an hour, requires you to be willing to uproot where you live, work 60+ hour weeks. They also ask you ridiculous questions during the interview.

Entretien
The person I was scheduled to have a first round interview with simply didn't show up and didn't respond to my emails or phone calls. After rescheduling with an outside coordinator, they made no effort to apologize or consider my time. They also were late to the interview the second time. My second round interview was fairly standard-- just an hour long zoom conversation with a higher-up.

Question 1
First round was standard "why do you want to work here" type questions and an overview of previous experiences. Second round was more elaboration on those types of questions and also a question about how I would run a particular campaign that they give you on the spot.
