Began with an overview of the office, introduced the panelist, and described the format of the interview. It was a panel interview, round robin, about 10 questions. Overall the interview was about an hour including 10 or so minutes for me to ask my own questions.

Panel interview and scenario based. You will do good if you practice. Focus more on customer service and budgeting. You will interview with three to four people at the same time.
