I was interviewed by the regional director - very easy going and laid back. My responses were recorded on the video camera and the decision was made by 2 individuals - one interviewing me and another in Minnesota. Received a passing letter a few weeks later.

They purposefully try to give you a hard time and fluster you so you have difficulty keeping your composure and answering the questions. Very vague questions and experience overall. Virtual interviews are uncomfortable.
