You submit your photo and resume, then you are called in for an interview. After that they basically want to meet you in person to see if you look like your photo (pictures ca be deceiving) and to see if you are well spoken and have the personality to be a Promotional Model. You should show up dressed up. You can wear a dress or slacks, but make sure you look pretty, sexy (yet professional), have you hair and makeup done. They let you know on the spot if you are hired, and then they have you fill out a ton new hire paperwork. Be sure to bring your ID and SS card with you!
