A few phone interviews and a lot of waiting around. I had a phone interview with a manager and another senior developer, only the manager did the talking/questions. A few weeks later I had a phone interview with the same manager and a couple other developers. I took about 3 months for them to offer me the job. At that time I did a quick HR interview, after a month of back and forth I finally had a written job offer. They are not the fastest organization out there, so if you need a job fast, you might want to keep looking while waiting for them.
