Hands down the worst interview I have ever had. The recruiter didn't know anything about the job or benefits, but moved me on to the next interview. I was asked to select portfolio pieces to review over Zoom. The next interviewer called me a half hour early wondering why I wasn't on the call and I told them the recruiter had adjusted the time several days ago. They then called me at the correct time, but from their car. Instead of a review they wanted me to ask them questions while they gave me an overview. Then the recruiter called me out of the blue days later to ask me how it went; I said fine. They rambled on and snuck in that I would not be moving forward. I was confused about their questions if I was not moving forward, why ask me a bunch of questions? I hung up.

In the screening phone call, I introduced myself, discussed my background and experience, answered questions about the role and my qualifications, and highlighted my interest while assessing the company fit.
