Applied online, received email to do a phone interview, then after the phone interview was invited to do an in person interview. I was asked a lot of questions during the in person interview. They were all situation based and "tell me about a time when." They told me it would be about 5 days before I heard anything back from them and they called me the next day and offered me a position.

They did not get back to me, they ghosted me and then sent me emails to rate the experience. I felt ignored after reaching out to the HR and no reply still.

Was over phone had about 6-8 basic interview question. Interview was thorough and had a lot of fun in interview. Was easy going and gave me time with responses. I was also asked if I had question amor anything to add I did ask questions and she appreciated that. Interviewee also gave me more information about postion and picking what time shift I would want if I got the job.
The interview process at US Bank was very straight forward. One thing I would recommend is using the STAR method. Makes the interview process go by smother and you will use the STAR method on the job if you accept a position.
