I went through a phone interview, and two in person interviews at two separate in-store branches. Each in person interview had a duration of about 45 minutes. It was a seamless process overall. This was before the pandemic has started.

I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.
